Services
Controlled subsidiaries aligned to principal participation and operational accountability. Our services are designed to integrate when required, supporting execution across complex jurisdictions and regulated operating environments.
T1G Minerals participates directly in producing asset evaluation and acquisition, extraction and refining workflows, and structured doré and concentrate transactions. Documented offtake and export coordination form core components of our approach. Refining capability is pursued selectively where it strengthens chain-of-custody integrity and execution control.
Mining participation is undertaken with disciplined asset evaluation, regulatory alignment, and structured export compliance. We prioritize producing or near-producing environments where operational visibility, documentation standards, and supply-chain integrity can be maintained.
All mining-related participation is conducted within documented frameworks aligned with jurisdictional and regulatory requirements.
T1G Security, Logistics & Risk Management (SecRISK) supports operations in complex environments where asset protection, mobility, and loss mitigation are critical. It functions as an integrated capability supporting T1G operations—particularly where high-value assets, remote sites, or jurisdictional complexity increase operational risk.
Capabilities may include executive protection, secure mobility, aviation support and logistics coordination (including high-value transport support), site security integration across surface, subsurface, and perimeter operations, and structured jurisdictional risk assessment.
Where applicable, SecRISK emphasizes documentation integrity, chain-of-custody controls, and continuity planning consistent with insurer, regulatory, and operational standards.
T1G Energy engages in regulated infrastructure environments, with a focus on sanitation and waste-to-energy initiatives designed to improve environmental performance and resource recovery.
Activities may include landfill management oversight, modernization of waste systems, and integration of advanced waste processing and energy-generation technologies. Projects are evaluated for scalability, regulatory durability, and long-term operational viability prior to implementation and are executed under defined compliance and oversight protocols.
T1G Capital supports the firm’s activities through principal-led capital participation aligned with underlying operational or asset-level mandates. This includes transaction structuring, capital modeling, and institutional coordination within regulated markets when appropriate.
T1G Capital is not a retail investment vehicle, does not provide general project financing, and does not operate as a public fundraising entity. Capital participation is evaluated through internal governance and is pursued selectively, where alignment, control, and execution standards can be upheld.
